Mask off all holes. Prime with heat-resistant paint. Mask off the lettering and paint gold (or whatever color) . Wait to dry. Remove masking from lettering and use an eyedropper to fill the lettering with water. Paint the rest of the valve cover. Wait to dry completely. Use compressed air to blow the water out of the lettering. Ta da!
