I don't know if that will rule out Doom of Malantai in future though; just drop him with a mini in the next Codex. It's still canon as of tyranids 8ed, and it is said that the it's genetic legacy is the Neurothrope. Should note that it got that powerful because it feasted on an entire craftworld worth of Eldar souls, it didn't start off.
