Pour jello into a large bowl (helps with splatters while mixing). Add 2 cups of boiling water and stir to dissolve. Add 8 ounce softened and chopped cream cheese to dissolved, hot jello. Add the can of crushed pineapple and mix well. Place bowl in the fridge for 20-30 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken. Remove from fridge and fold in Cool Whip and place back in the fridge; let chill for 2-3 hours before serving. If desired, top each serving with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.

Instructions. Boil water and add jello to water. Stir until it is dissolved. Stir in strawberries until the mixture becomes syrupy. *Side note - Mine never got syrupy so I just went to the next step and it turned out fine! Whisk in the whipping cream (that has been whipped to form stiff peaks) to the jello mixture.

Ingredients. 2 small boxes strawberry Jell-O I used 0.3 ounce boxes of sugar-free Jell-O, but small boxes of regular Jell-O also work! 2 cups boiling water. 1 14 ounce pkg. frozen, sliced strawberries (or about 3 cups fresh sliced strawberries) 1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained.

Add 20 oz can of crushed pineapple, drained (do not use fresh pineapple), sliced bananas, frozen sliced strawberries, and pecans. Mix well. Pour ยฝ of mixture into a 9ร—13 baking dish. Put in refrigerator to set for 20-30 minutes. Set aside rest of gelatin, but do not chill. When first layer is set, top with sour cream.
