I am more searching for a solution at 10-15€ each year or better a one time lifetime payment or an device with license like the philips hue bridge (for under 100€).

It's Zwave support was actually amazing but was a different thing entirely written by a guy not affiliated with the project. I found it hard to keep interested in it and I hated Java.

Agreed, although I find OpenHAB much harder for new users, but that could just be the way my brain things about things, even the way they've named certain key components doesn't make sense in my brain sometimes but could be my way of thinking!
