Soplica. One of the older industrially produced brands of Polish vodka, Soplica Vodka was first madein 1891. Its creator, Boleslaw Kasprowicz, founded the Factory of Vodka and Liqueur in Gniezno where it was created in 1888 and a replica of the first bottling is held in the Museum of the Origins of the Polish State in the same city to this day.
