You can freeze unbaked sausage balls for up to 4-6 months. Add the unbaked balls to a wax or parchment paper lined baking sheet, then place in the freezer for 1-2 hours, or until frozen solid. Transfer frozen balls to an airtight freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-6 months. Thaw at room temperature for about 20 minutes before baking.
